Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh posisi buku sumber mata tempel dan konsentrasi Atonik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit okulasi jeruk varietas keprok Tejakula. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Benih Utama Hortikultura Desa Sukasada, Kecamatan Sukasada, Kabupaten Buleleng, dengan ketinggian + 100 m di atas permukaan laut, dari bulan Agustus sampai September 2017. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang tersusun secara faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 faktor yaitu faktor pertama adalah posisi buku sumber mata tempel (P) dengan 3 taraf yaitu bagian ujung ranting sumber mata tempel (Pu); bagian tengah ranting sumber mata tempel (Pt); dan bagian pangkal ranting sumber mata tempel (Pp). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi Atonik (A) dengan 4 taraf, yaitu tanpa perlakuan Atonik (kontrol) (A0); Atonik 0.25 ml.l-1 larutan (A1); Atonik 0,50 ml.l-1 larutan (A2); dan Atonik 0,75 ml.l-1 larutan (A3).Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan posisi buku sumber mata tempel hanya berpengaruh nyata.
