Analisis Efisiensi Kinerja Agroindustri Kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh, Provinsi Jambi, Indonesia

Kota Sungai Penuh adalah salah satu pusat perdagangan dan perekonomian di Provinsi Jambi, dan memiliki peluang dalam pengembangan agroindustri kopi karena didukung dengan ketersediaan bahan baku, sumber daya manusia. Hanya saja pengembangan agroindustri Kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh dirasakan masih belum optimal karena disebabkan masih rendahnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia serta minimnya pengetahuan dan penguasaan tentang teknologi sehingga pada akhirnya berdampak terhadap tingkat efisiensi agroindustri kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1). Mengukur efisiensi kinerja agroindustri kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh pada tahun 2020. (2).Mengetahui apa yang menjadi sumber ketidakefisienan bagi pelaku agroindustri kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini, maka penulis menggunakan metode DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Metode ini dapat mengevaluasi kinerja suatu unit pengambilan keputusan (unit kerja) yang menggunakan sejumlah input untuk memperoleh suatu output yang ditargetkan Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan tiga agoindustri yang dapat mencapai nilai efisiensi teknis dengan nilai sebesar 100 persen (efisien) yaitu agroindustri kopi Putri Kembar, Kopi Kincai dan Kopi Nur sedangkan agroindustri Kopi Rindu, Kopi gantino, Kopi Annisa dan Kopi KPLPA masih mengalami inefisiensi selama tahun 2020. Adapun sumber yang menyebabkan terjadinya inefisiensi dari agroindustri kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh diantaranya disebabkan faktor Kapasitas Produksi, Nilai BB/BP dan Laba Kotor.
