Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Singaraja

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Singaraja Branch. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with an agree-disagree scale measuring instrument, where all 50 employees of PT Adira Finance Singaraja Branch were selected as respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance or component based SEM, which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. The variables used in this study were Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Workload and Employee Performance. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of 0.223 with a t-statistic value that is greater than 1.96, namely 2.831. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of 0.410 with a t-statistic that is greater than 1.96, namely 3.450. Workload has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient value of 0.369 which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2.382 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.96.
